Responsible entity and scope
This policy applies to Waymark Ready for Android, published for 1COVER SERVICES (JERSEY) LIMITED. It covers offline trip preparation, user-created notes and local preferences. Effective date: 3 August 2026.
This policy describes the exact offline behaviour of Waymark Ready version 1.0.0.
This policy applies to Waymark Ready for Android, published for 1COVER SERVICES (JERSEY) LIMITED. It covers offline trip preparation, user-created notes and local preferences. Effective date: 3 August 2026.
The app is intended for adults organising their own travel preparation. It is not designed for unsupervised use by children and does not create traveller profiles for a company.
Waymark Ready offers trip cards, preparation checklists, expense notes, a private incident timeline, a readiness atlas and a user-requested text export. It does not sell insurance, submit claims, interpret coverage or provide emergency response.
The app has no account, server or background network connection. It does not transmit trip labels, notes, amounts, checklist choices or other user content to the publisher.
A trip label, region, date window, checklist state, optional expense lines and optional incident notes may be stored in private app preferences on the device.
Free text is optional. Users should not enter passport numbers, payment-card details, detailed medical records, children's information or other unnecessary sensitive data. The publisher cannot view locally entered text.
The app requests no Internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, notification or broad storage permission. Android's system document picker is used only when the user chooses to export a text summary.
There is no login or server-side account, so account deletion is not applicable.
The app contains no advertising, analytics, attribution, tracking, telemetry or remote-configuration SDK.
The app does not automatically share or sell data. A user may deliberately export a summary to a destination they choose; the selected destination's practices then apply.
Waymark Ready does not contact insurance providers, travel operators, emergency services or the publisher. A document export leaves the app only after a user-selected system action.
Local entries remain until the user deletes individual notes, resets the app, clears app storage or uninstalls it.
Reset workspace removes the app's local preferences. Android cloud backup and device-transfer inclusion are disabled. User-exported copies must be deleted from their selected destination separately.
Android sandboxing helps protect local preferences. Protection also depends on device lock, operating-system updates and user handling. The app does not add a separate encryption password.
The app is directed to adults. It must not be used to create profiles about children or to store children's identity, health, itinerary or location information.
The app is a personal organiser, not an insurer, medical provider, navigation service, emergency service or professional adviser. Check official destination information and contact appropriate local services in urgent situations.
A later version may revise this policy if app behaviour changes. Users can leave optional fields blank, avoid export, reset local data or uninstall at any time.
Privacy enquiries may be sent by post to 1COVER SERVICES (JERSEY) LIMITED, 13 Castle Street, St. Helier, JE2 3BT, Jersey. Include the app name Waymark Ready and do not send sensitive trip records.
